S. V. Sai Baba, B.Sc., CAIIB, PGDCA, is a retired banking executive with extensive experience in banking technology, computerisation and information security.
During his career, he witnessed the transformation of banking from manual ledger-based operations to computerisation, Core Banking and digital banking. He has also worked in technology, computer audit and information security.
He is now engaged in writing and sharing practical knowledge on Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence and Information Security.

Informative, explaining the basics in simple language. The chapters on how to make use of AI, how the requirements are to be placed to get better results is very good. Overall the basics of AI and how to use it to our needs is explained well.
