Artificial Intelligence: From Basics to AI Agents:
A Practical Beginner's Guide to Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and the Future of Technology

Artificial Intelligence has suddenly become one of the most discussed subjects in the world. We hear about AI almost everywhere—in newspapers, television, mobile phones, banking, healthcare, education and business. Tools such as ChatGPT have made it possible for ordinary people to experience the power of Artificial Intelligence directly. However, I found that many people, particularly beginners and senior citizens, are interested in AI but are not sure what it really is, how it works and how it can be used in everyday life.
Having personally witnessed the remarkable journey from manual banking and early computers to Core Banking Solutions, the Internet and now Artificial Intelligence, I felt that I should learn about this new technology and share my understanding with others in a simple and practical manner. This book has therefore been written mainly for beginners, students, senior citizens and anyone who wants to understand Artificial Intelligence without going deeply into complicated technical details. My objective is not to make the reader an AI expert, but to help them understand this powerful technology, use it wisely and confidently, and continue learning as technology continues to change.
